Klinik Yoga Health Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our team members, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.,Provide support to patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including medical equipment and supplies.,Assist with the preparation and distribution of treatment materials, such as yoga mats and props.,Support the clinic's marketing and promotional efforts, including social media and event planning.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.,Assist with the management of patient records and insurance documentation.,Support the clinic's quality assurance processes, including patient feedback and satisfaction surveys.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
