📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of buggy operators to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Monitor and maintain the fleet of buggies, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
• Schedule and coordinate buggy routes to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times for guests.
• Train and certify new operators to ensure they meet our high standards of service and safety.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with local partners and suppliers to ensure a reliable and high-quality service.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the transportation industry, preferably in buggy operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Certification in first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet guest demand.
