Closure Compliance Specialist

PT Bangka Resources is seeking a Closure Compliance Specialist to join our team in Pangkal Pinang. This role is crucial in ensuring regulatory adherence for our mining operations in Bangka Belitung. You will be responsible for overseeing closure planning, environmental compliance, and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable and responsible mining practices.

As a Closure Compliance Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement closure plans that meet regulatory requirements and environmental standards. You will also ensure that all mining activities are conducted in compliance with local, national, and international regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement closure plans for mining operations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee environmental compliance activities to ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with environmental standards.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and non-governmental organizations, to build strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field teams on environmental compliance issues.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Participate in emergency response planning and execution to mitigate environmental risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Certification in environmental management, such as ISO 14001 or similar, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards applicable to the mining industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in using environmental management software, such as SAP or similar, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
