📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and growth.
• Manage and optimize our online store using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze customer data using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to improve marketing strategies.
• Oversee website performance, ensuring fast loading times and a user-friendly interface.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep our online business competitive.
• Lead a team of e-commerce specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve common goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online businesses.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other relevant e-commerce tools are a plus.
