In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and processes.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.,Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.,Stay updated with accounting standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 5 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
