📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee structural engineering projects from conception to completion,Develop and implement engineering designs and specifications,Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and safe engineering solutions,Conduct structural analysis and design using advanced software and tools,Prepare and review engineering drawings, reports, and specifications,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff,Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource utilization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project management,Proficiency in advanced structural analysis and design software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar,Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines,Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction,Ability to obtain and maintain relevant professional licenses and certifications
