Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top sales talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates to ensure they meet our sales requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' sales skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the sales industry and the ability to identify and attract top sales talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and software.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
