📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and servicing.,Ensure vehicles are in optimal condition and comply with safety and regulatory standards.,Oversee fuel management and cost control for the fleet.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor and track fleet performance and efficiency.,Handle fleet-related complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive fleet records and reports.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
