🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in using HR information systems and software.
