In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, managing the production team, and ensuring that all production targets are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the production process.,Coordinate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor and report on production progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.,Ensure that all production activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the Production Supervisor to develop and implement production strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Conduct regular inspections of the production area to ensure quality standards are met.,Train and develop the production team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the production industry.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.,Ability to travel to different production sites as required.
