📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Passionate about food and service, with a strong customer focus.
