📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service quality.,Manage the branch's budget and financial resources, ensuring profitability and financial stability.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.,Represent the branch at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
