📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for the board of directors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of successful operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial management and reporting.
