📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSSE best practices.
• Work closely with management to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulators and contractors, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSSE.
• Ensure the effective implementation of emergency response plans and crisis management procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSSE operations, preferably in the Mining, Natural Resources & Energy sector.
• Certification in HSSE, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of international and local regulations, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using HSSE software and tools, such as SAP, QHSE, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
