SHIFT Lestari is seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a keen understanding of the latest learning technologies. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our Jambi office and from home, providing a flexible work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning objectives and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to track employee progress and provide reports on training effectiveness.,Facilitate peer learning and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the learning experience.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
