PT Ekspresi Inti is a growing company in the tourism and hospitality industry. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Sanur, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key account performance.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
