In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that our drivers are trained and supported.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, with regular inspections and servicing.
  • Train and support our drivers, providing them with the tools and resources they need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of our drivers and the safety of our vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports for management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our fleet operations support the overall goals of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
