📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide training and development opportunities.,Maintain employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
