📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.,Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and technical roles, with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical systems.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
