📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Maintaining a strong candidate database and updating job postings on company websites and job portals.,Providing feedback to candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
