📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the organization.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
