Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives,Manage and develop the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support as needed,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement,Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders,Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our business

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the FMCG Beverage industry,Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies,Strong understanding of the markets in Aceh and North Sumatra, including customer preferences, competition, and industry trends,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English language
