📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and recruitment partners.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the management team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
