📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations managers to identify training needs and design curriculum.
• Conduct training sessions using LMS and Microsoft Teams.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and videos.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve programs.
• Assist in the development of new employees through onboarding programs.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying and documenting best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or operational setting.
• Proven experience with LMS and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with operational processes and procedures.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
