📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement seed trials to evaluate the performance of oil palm seeds.
• Conduct field experiments to assess seed viability, germination rates, and growth characteristics.
• Collect, record, and analyze data from seed trials using software like Microsoft Excel and specialized agricultural software.
• Collaborate with the research team to develop and refine seed production protocols.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for seed testing.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on seed trial results for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of new seed varieties and hybrids.
• Maintain accurate records of all seed trials and experimental data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in seed trials and experimental agriculture.
• Strong knowledge of oil palm seed production and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and tools such as SAS, R, or similar.
• Certification in seed testing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
