📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor credit operations, including accounts receivable and payable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide support to the finance team in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or accounting environment.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle financial management systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
