As a Customer Service & Cashier, you'll handle daily transactions, process payments via cash and digital methods, and manage the booking system using our in-house software. Your excellent communication skills will help you assist customers with inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, answering inquiries and addressing concerns professionally.
• Manage bookings and appointments using our in-house software, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication.
• Process payments efficiently, including cash transactions and digital payments via platforms like OVO, GoPay, and credit cards.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and customer interactions.
• Assist in the daily operations of the studio, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Promote our grooming services and special offers to attract new customers.
• Collaborate with the grooming team to ensure a seamless experience for both pets and their owners.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with digital payment platforms like OVO, GoPay, and credit card processing.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passionate about pets and committed to providing excellent care and service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
