📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with table setup and cleanup to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly by following standard operating procedures.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
• Assist the kitchen staff by relaying orders and ensuring timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards of professionalism and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cultural customs.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
